Halloween will gradually die (like Thanksgiving) and then the door will be open for Christmas music/marketing to start promptly on July 5th. All of the Fourth of July stuff will already be on the clearance shelves on July 4th, and the Christmas stuff will be set up.

Laffy Taffy is awesome and you know it.

I was the only one in the office who dressed up. Laaaaame.

I put in a little overtime, again. Laaaaame.

They want people to go in over the weekend and work more. Incredibly laaaaame.

I said I had plans, and I do!

My plans: Sit on my fat butt and not get up every 5-10 minutes to fetch something for someone or change the toner or fix the paper jam.

The only time it is acceptable for me to be hopping up out of my seat that often is when I'm pleasantly drunk and have broken the seal.

I have to set up the Halloween pizza party and bingo game, buh. There goes my one time during my work day to actually relax. At least it's Friday.
